– ABOUT US

Accountants who ask what you’re building, not just what you owe.

Started with a simple frustration.

Too many businesses only hear from their accountant once a year, usually when something’s overdue. We built APS Advisory around the opposite idea: stay close enough to a business, all year round, that nothing arrives as a surprise.

That means genuinely understanding what a client is trying to build, not just what boxes need ticking. We treat every business as its own case, tailoring the mix of compliance and advisory support to wherever that business actually is. Starting out, scaling up, or planning an exit.

“Our job isn’t to report on what happened. It’s to help decide what happens next.”

– HOW WE WORK

Three things that don’t change, whoever the client.

The details of our service packages can vary. These principles don’t.

01

Client first,
not template first

Every engagement is shaped around what a specific actually needs, not a fixed package with extras bolted on.

02

Proactive,
not reactive

We flag what’s coming before it’s due, so decisions get made with time to spare, not under pressure.

03

Plain language,
always

If an explanation needs jargon, we haven’t explained it properly yet. We keep translating until it’s clear.

– OUR APPROACH

How a relationship with us actually works.

01

Understand the business

Before any numbers, we spend time understanding the goals behind them, what growth, stability or exit actually looks like for you.

02

Cover the essentials

Accounts, tax, payroll and reporting handled accurately, on time and off your desk for good.

03

Build toward what’s next

Forecasting and advisory support that turns your numbers into a plan, reviewed as often as the business needs it.

– THE TEAM

A team of approachable business accountancy specialists

Chartered accountants and advisors who’d rather pick up the phone than send another generic email, get to know the team you’ll actually be working with.
